While I agree with author's premise to ensure Wheelchair players have more opportunity to hit ball in hybrid match, this rule would be problematic to enforce. It also would remove the wheelchair player's option to use their partner to enhance their court coverage, for tactics and strategy. If a wheelchair player feels their partner is not allowing them enough play, they should just speak with their partner about it, not try to make it a impossible to enforce rule.
