New Rule:

For the purpose of line calls, the ball is treated as if it makes contact with the playing surface at a single point.  If this point is outside the line, the ball is considered to be out.  The ball is not treated as deformable for line calls.

Reasoning Behind Suggested Change
This rule will (hopefully!) end all debate regarding how much a pickleball deforms when it bounces on the playing surface, and whether the ball deforms enough to touch a line in a line call situation.
