| Reasoning Behind Suggested Change | How's that wording? I think it eliminates such things as fanning the air with the paddle to push the ball over the net when it hangs up from being balanced on top of the net; similarly when it balances momentarily, no blowing air on it from the mouth. NOTHING else but a hit with a paddle or hand holding the paddle. |
