Reasoning Behind Suggested Change

As the games evolves, and more and more athletic players join the game. Spin will increase.  Top spin serves, and topspin been fourhand and backhand ground strokes can make existing courts with small space harder to play on.

high level players using a lot of top spin from these new paddles, is causing players to hit the fence or netting behind the court because of limited room.
