Players need to learn the rules. They need to then train themselves to play every ball until the ball lands and a call has been make. If the ball is in the air, no call can be made, so I don't matter if the word is "out," "long," "no," "wide," "bounce it." Just know that it's not a call until the ball hits the ground. IF people are confused about that, there are certainly other more complicated things they are going to be confused about and the rules needn't be changed to accommodate them. Additionally, this would go against the ingrained patterns of millions of people who for decades have called "out" as communication in every other sport played.

No need to change the rule impacting all players when it is just a few that struggle with understanding it. The receivers should be watching their opponents when they're about to hit the ball. They should know whether "out" was a line call or player communication. They should never stop play if they're not sure.

As Michael stated "Additionally, this would go against the ingrained patterns of millions of people who for decades have called "out" as communication in every other sport played." This proposal is too specific as to what a player needs to do and will cause more confusion and end up causing a bigger problem.

No change is needed. I think players need to learn the rule about player communication. Players need to be able to communicate with one another as well.
