Reasoning Behind Suggested Change

In other sports, additional time-outs are given when the game goes into overtime.  The game itself is getting more strategic and being played at a faster pace.  Giving an additional timeout is progressing with the "current" game.

For those teams that take timeouts, this would be a plus. For those playing singles, this would help with their stamina to finish the game strong.

This may also affect the Pro side with video challenges.

Scenarios In Which the Rules Applies

When an 11 point game gets to 10-10, a 15 point game gets to 14-14, or a 21 point game gets to 20-20, the additional timeout would be awarded.
