Original Rule Text

Service Foot Faults. During the serve, when the ball is struck, the server’s feet shall:
4.L.1. Not touch the area outside the imaginary extension of the sideline.
4.L.2. Not touch the area on the wrong side of the imaginary extension of the centerline.
4.L.3. Not touch the court, including the baseline.

Reasoning Behind Suggested Change

If the rulebook is going to list AGAIN the rules for proper foot (wheelchair) placement already established in 4.A.4. in a separate section (4.L.), then all those listed in 4.A.4. should again be explicitly listed in 4.L.

Otherwise, rule 4.L. is redundant to rule 4.A.4.  and 4.M.10.
